While the dad bod has been a blast over the last few years of croissants and foie gras in Paris, my knees and back have cancelled that party and now it’s time to shake down the weight of the pack that is my gut. I’ll miss you bro.

What is ‘Trek Dirty to Me?’ It’s a project that I have been wanting to do for over a decade. In short, it is the complete thru-hiking of the Triple Crown of American hikes - the three major American Scenic Trails: The Appalachian Trail (AT), the Pacific Crest Trail (PCT) and the Continental Divide Trail (CDT).
