Why Books and Bourbon and Bacon?
The site is broken down according to each of AJ’s passions:
Books = Featuring established and aspiring writers from all walks of life and all corners of the world. Think of it as a chance to see and be seen by a supportive community of likeminded individuals.
Bourbon = All about drinks (alcoholic or otherwise), the people who make them, and the places we drink them.
Bacon = Pretty much the exact thing as Bourbon, but replace ‘drinks’ with ‘food.’
What is the Projects page?
AJ is passionate about living a life of adventure and encouraging others to do so. AJ believes in leading by example. So the Projects page represents his past, present and future efforts to do just that. It gives you a chance to check in, see what’s going on, and find inspiration.
So what do I do with all of this?
Read? Watch or listen to a podcast or video? Find information or inspiration? Really, Books Bourbon & Bacon is whatever you want it to be for you. We encourage you to comment, participate, and educate us and the world.

Sometimes you will find the same story in multiple spots because sometimes, that’s how we roll.
